Fees

We charge 180 € per hour for the effective work with Finnish, Swedish, English and Italian languages. For production of documents or publicly negotiating (with the opposing or third party or the court) with other principal European languages (French, German, Spanish) there is an extra charge of 20 %. These fees do not include reasonable expences of official translations, local or more distant but necessary travelling, public fees, case related taxes, paper-copies etc. In the case of a more simple or routine work, the hourly charge can be reduced to 150 €/h.

Fees of some specific actions are:

• preliminary negotioation, free
• inquiries and assisting, 100-200 €
• telephone discussion, 20-60 €
• consultative or argumentative correspondance by letter (fax, email, 1-6 pages), 60-400 €
• production of basic legal documents, 150-400 €
• proceedings in the court (excluding travel expences), 180 €/h (minimum 600 €)
• car: 0,50 €/km

There is a possibility to make a continuous contract of on-line consultation. This type of service includes reasonable amount of telephone, e-mail and fax discussion and correspondance. Excluded are court processes, drafting or producing of documents for public use etc. This type of contract can be made for six months, one year or for a longer period of time. The price of this service can be determined based on the needs of the customer and the nature of the service. The basic yearly charge is 3000 € minimum.

These prices do not include the VAT (in case it is applicable).To our work and invoicing applies the General Instructions Regarding the Practice of Law as published by the Finnish Bar Association.

Depending on the method of payment and its duration, there is a possibility to have 10% reduction to the basic tariff.
